Sachi Hospital uses the contact form to receive appointment requests. The fields are your name, phone number, an optional email, the department you choose, and a short note. Send only what is needed to book. Do not write a full medical history into the form.
Messages are used by hospital staff to reply and arrange a visit. They are not sold. WhatsApp messages you choose to send go through WhatsApp's own service as well as to the hospital number +91 90810 99957.
The form and ordinary WhatsApp messages are not for emergencies. If you have trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden hearing loss, or an urgent pregnancy symptom, call +91 90810 99957 or local emergency services.
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a basic appointment record. To ask about a message you sent, email sachihospital@gmail.com or call the hospital.
